East West’s email signature is an integral part of our brand identity. Having a uniform email signature across the company leads to brand recognition and helps create an overall picture of our company when corresponding with customers.
Here are some do’s and don’ts to keep in mind when using the East West email signature:
Do treat email signatures like all other forms of corporate communications
Do use brand guidelines
Do keep it simple, including only essential information (first and last name; job title; company and link to the company website; phone number)
Don’t make your email signature a full image
Don’t add extra flair
Don’t include vCARDS; they increase file size and appear as attachments.
Don’t include tag lines or quotes; they may be perceived as company-wide statements.
